On December 8, 2025, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) rescinded the FY 2025 Continuum of Care Program (CoC) Competition and Youth Homeless Demonstration Program (YHDP) Grants Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO). Therefore, Broward County Board of County Commissioners will pause the local HUD FY 2025 CoC RFP for New, CoC Bonus, and Domestic Violence (DV) Bonus Projects pending a reissued NOFO.
